Mission Statement: Founded by Regan Bashara in 2022, AEA is increasing small business owners' financial literacy. We rely on organization, structure, and systems to create freedom of expression and remove financial barriers for small businesses to do their important work in the world.
Vision Statement: All Ease Accounting is creating an engaged community of small business owners who have permission to be audacious in overcoming their uncertainties and closing the gap between who they are and who they want to become. AEA not only reduces harm, but is focused on impacting the entrepreneurial community through supportive, kind, solution-oriented service and is reducing the number of small businesses that fail or close.

Justice is recognizing that there are inherent rules to life and that these rules should be applied equitably towards building safer, sustainable, more robust communities. Everything we do has an impact on someone else. We also recognize the challenge of seeking of justice is worth any struggle.
Authenticity is giving credit where it is due, recognizing individual contributions, having self-respect for who you are at your core, and boldly showing up in the world as your true self.
Humor is not taking ourselves so seriously. Life is short and we can (and do!) infuse fun and curiosity into everything that we do.
Education makes our lives richer by admitting we don’t know everything, and won’t. But we pursue knowledge anyways because learning leads to wealth in more than just dollars.
Accountability means our work always impacts others, and we focus on who is being impacted, center their experience, and be prepared to answer to them and ourselves about what results we are creating in our and others’ lives.
